At FireflyBazaarTX, we want your home to be your sanctuary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible home goods.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
